May 30 - June 2: Women's Retreat: in Natural Living and Building
for Women led by
Rachel Shiamh.
A quality, contemplative and nourishing time spent in Nature
for all women.
An opportunity to learn some creative natural building
methods with space for quiet contemplation, foraging walks,
preparing herbal and flower remedies, ocean dips, evening
sound bath and relaxation.
Here's a response to the last retreat from Emily,
"The woman’s retreat was beautiful.
It put me in touch with a strong sense of timing, of
listening to nature and allowing creativity to flow in
its natural rhythm. The building techniques were fun and
useful; massaging liquid clay into straw was
surprisingly satisfying. Rachel welcomed us all into her
inspirational home, always ready to answer questions and
feed excited minds. It was good to be aware of the use
of energy and what it means to have heat and electrical
comforts. The food was yummy and educational; foraging
was great and I enjoyed yoga with a massage and great
company, all lovely. Thanks"
There will be some time for quiet contemplation, walks,
preparing herbal and flower remedies, evening sound bath,
joys of sharing and creative building with natural
materials.
Contribution for the gathering: £280 (£300 from 1st
April). This includes shared accommodation and vibrant
foods.
